BCAA’s

Leucine, isoleucine, and valine, the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), make up about one-third of muscle protein. They belong to the group of 9 essential amino acids that our body can not synthesize on its own and we need to get them through our diet. According to scientific literature, the three branched-chain amino acids boost energy, increase endurance, and aid in the recovery and repair of muscle tissue.
